Refund Policy
At Sergee, we strive to provide high-quality design services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them. Please review our refund policy for the services we offer.
- Custom Design Services (Web Design, Branding, Flyers/Posters, Business Cards)
Due to the custom nature of our design services, refunds are generally not provided once the project has commenced. However, we do offer the following guidelines:
- Initial Consultation: The initial consultation or discovery phase is non-refundable as it covers time spent understanding your requirements and preparing project proposals.
- Refunds Before Project Start: If you choose to cancel the project before any design work has begun, we may offer a partial refund of any upfront payments made, minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
- Refunds After Project Work Begins: Once the design work has started, no refunds will be issued. We will work with you to address any concerns and make reasonable revisions as outlined in the project agreement.
- Revisions and Modifications
We offer a set number of revisions, as outlined in your contract or agreement. If you are dissatisfied with the work during the revision process, we will make every effort to make adjustments according to the feedback you provide. Once the final design is approved, no further changes or refunds will be provided.
- Digital Products
For any digital products or templates purchased through our website:
- Non-refundable: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error in the billing or payment process, please contact us immediately at web@sergee.co.uk. We will work to resolve any billing discrepancies or errors.
- Cancellations
- Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a project or ongoing service, please notify us in writing at least 3 working days before the scheduled start of the work or service. Cancellations made after the project has begun may not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by SERGEE: We reserve the right to cancel any project at our discretion. If we initiate the cancellation, we will provide a refund for any work not yet completed.
